AROMATHERAPY
Aromatherapy is a holistic massage therapy that incorporates the use of natural plant oils in the healing process. Stress, pollution, unhealthy diet and hectic lifestyles have an adverse effect on our bodies and spirit. The art of aromatherapy harnesses the pure essence of aromatic plants, flowers and resins to work on the most powerful of your senses, smell and touch, to restore the harmony of body and mind.

REIKI
Reiki is a Japanese word meaning “universal force of life”. Reiki energy is balancing, leading to physical and psychic relaxation and can be used in conjunction with all other forms of treatment. Reiki assists in rediscovering the harmony of the body, soul and spirit and thus helps to broaden the consciousness: Reiki puts into action a cleansing and harmonising process and takes us on a path to healing ourselves.

REFLEXOLOGY
The body has the ability to heal itself. Following illness, stress, injury and disease, it is in a state of “imbalance” and vital energy pathways are blocked, preventing the body from functioning effectively. Reflexology can be used to restore and maintain the body’s natural equilibrium and encourage healing. A reflexologist uses only hands to apply gentle pressure on the feet to release these blockages and restore the free flow of energy to the whole body.

MEDITATION
Meditation is the process with the mind in a way which will lead by successive stages to tranquillity, insight, spontaneous purification and total liberation from all negative states. This final stage is accompanied by full and total realisation of one’s whole or “divine” potential. Along the way, one sees through the egocentric trap and springs it. As the process of inner discovery progresses, so the state of one’s inner life improves. Inner harmony, clarity and stability come about; the confused, scattered mind is left behind, and one’s life becomes happier, more joyous, open, giving and loving.

YOGA
The word Yoga is derived from the Sanskrit language and means to unite or harmonise. Through yoga practice we work towards a level where the activities of the mind and body function harmoniously. Yoga leads to the union between the individual and the higher self, and helps you achieve your full potential by balancing the physical, mental and spiritual being.
